Wayne Walls, OACIS' owner...

My background includes a variety of experiences ranging from human factors engineering and software development to biochemistry and psychological research. Prior to forming OACIS, I held positions at General Motors Research Laboratories; Hughes Aircraft Company, Radar Systems Group; and Anacapa Sciences, Inc. These positions involved the business and technical issues involved in the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of user interfaces for consumer and commercial products. My area of concentration has been understanding and designing user interactions for automotive, nuclear power, and medical applications -- with an emphasis on time critical decision making and safety.
